Files are downloaded through dedicated endpoints. This keeps file retrieval separate and ensures that access to each download is controlled through the Signable API.
Download requests use standard API authentication.

Each download endpoint is limited to 60 requests per minute per API key. Requests beyond this limit receive a 429 Too Many Requests response.
Use GET /envelopes/{envelope_fingerprint} to retrieve the document fingerprints and field IDs associated with an envelope.
Use GET /templates to retrieve template fingerprints.
