We previously announced that webhook URL reachability checks would be removed on 24 August 2026.
This wider change is now paused and will not be rolled out on that date. There is currently no confirmed date for a wider rollout.
This change will only apply to specific users who have been notified separately. If you have not received a direct notification from Signable, your webhook URL validation behaviour is unchanged.
We’ll publish a further changelog update if a new rollout date is confirmed.
